Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Podcax.ai and its lesson creation, learning, publishing and sharing services.
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. Service provider
Podcax.ai is operated by FIS Global Oy, Finland. You may contact us at info@fis-global.fi.
2. Using Podcax
You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information and protect any login codes or private links associated with your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse automated systems, upload unlawful material or use Podcax to infringe another person’s rights.
3. AI-generated content
Podcax uses artificial intelligence to create text, audio, images, exercises and learning suggestions. AI output can contain errors or unsuitable material. Review generated content before relying on it, publishing it or sharing it with learners.
Podcax is an educational tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
4. Ownership and licences
You retain rights you hold in the topics and original material you submit. You grant FIS Global Oy the limited rights needed to process that material, generate requested content, store lessons and provide sharing or publishing features.
Podcax’s software, brand, interface and platform materials remain the property of FIS Global Oy or its licensors. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform except where mandatory law permits it.
5. Publishing and sharing
You control whether eligible lessons remain drafts, become active, are published on an owner page or are shared privately. Private links, access approvals and shared lessons may expire according to the period displayed when you use the feature.
Do not publish personal, confidential or copyrighted material unless you have the right and a lawful basis to do so.
6. Credits, payments and renewals
Credit prices, lesson costs, subscription terms, taxes and access periods are shown before purchase or confirmation. Credits are digital service units, have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless Podcax expressly allows it.
Payments and statutory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation or refund rights, are governed by the checkout information and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Podcax available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, restrict or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, or when these Terms are materially breached. You may stop using Podcax at any time and request account or data actions through our contact channel.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIS Global Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of AI-generated content, unavailable third-party services or conduct outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can seek a practical resolution; statutory courts and consumer dispute mechanisms remain available.
11. Contact
